2025: The Year In Review

As we wrap up 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what’s been one of our most exciting years yet. We’ve grown, upskilled and expanded our services to help us support clients better than ever. Here are some of the highlights and milestones of this year.

Expanded Services & New Offerings

This year we broadened our service portfolio beyond classic web design and branding. We introduced several new offerings, including Microsoft 365 setup and support, full laptop and PC setup, custom PC solutions, and more. By diversifying our skillset, we’re able to meet more of our clients’ digital needs under one roof.

Following on from our new technical solutions, we also started our drone videography services. After obtaining both the necessary accreditations from the UK’s aviation authority (CAA), we are now fully certified to film aerial photography and video safely and professionally. This means we can offer clients high-quality drone footage for websites, promotional videos and more!

Growing the Team & Training the Next Generation

2025 also saw us bring fresh faces into the business. We welcomed a couple of new interns into the office, giving them hands-on experience in website and graphic design. Having a growing team means we can take on more projects and provide even better support to our clients.

Investing in Knowledge and Innovation

Continuous learning remains a priority for us. This year, Alistair took part in the “Help to Grow Management” course. The programme provided by Exeter University offers valuable insights into effective business growth and leadership. With new skills and updated processes, we’re better positioned to help clients grow their online presence and adapt to changing digital trends.

Alistair has also taken a step into education by preparing to host a cyber security and AI workshop aimed at helping businesses better protect themselves online. We’re looking forward to running the online workshop in January, where the focus will be on practical, easy-to-understand guidance around cyber security risks and the growing impact of AI. Following this, we plan to run more workshops in the future, and look forward to being involved in the AI Summit hosted at the Digital Innovation Centre in Taunton.

Looking Ahead: What’s Next for 2026

• We plan to continue building on our professional drone services and offer more aerial photography/video projects.
• We aim to offer more online workshops for business owners to learn about Cyber Security, AI and other tools.
• We’ll continue expanding our digital services, including AI coaching, and custom software solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• We aim to foster and grow our intern programme, helping new designers begin their careers.
