Yes. We have designed a range of branding and logo designs for a variety of businesses. We offer a variety of print design services, a few things we regularly design are Business Cards, Letterheads, Compliment Slips, Invoices / Receipts and more. If you are after something not listed, please get in touch as we design lots of other things too!

We offer digital marketing and social media as well as SEO services. We generally focus on Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Facebook/Instagram Advertisements, Website Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Social Media Marketing.

We can either carry out website maintenance on an ad hoc basis as and when you need it, or we can provide an ongoing regular maintenance service, which can include a specified number of hours per month.

Yes, we provide comprehensive hosting services for both websites and business email. Our UK-based, award-winning hosting partner provides fast cloud-based systems that are both robust and reliable. 

The timeline will vary depending on the requirements of the project, but typically, a new website can take anywhere between 2 – 6 weeks. 

After your initial consultation, we start by researching your business and competitors, and thinking about ideas for a layout, colour schemes, and typography. We then design 2-3 key pages (including a mobile preview) and send them to you as an initial PDF concept for feedback. Once the design has been finalised and approved we proceed to build your website on a temporary development server. The build phase also has plenty of opportunities to provide further revisions. Following this phase we then carry out testing and once this is complete, we launch your live site, submit to Google and carry out any training required.

We typically request a deposit at the start of the project to cover any upfront costs, and then the remaining balance is due on completion. 

Yes, we provide a range of training on things like content management systems and e-commerce stores. Most of our training is carried out via Zoom or Teams and is recorded to ensure you can replay the sessions as many times as you like. We are also available to answer questions via telephone and email to ensure you’re always supported with your new website.

Yes, we provide domain registration services and can manage your renewals going forward to ensure you don’t have to worry about missing the expiry dates. 

Yes, our UK-based, award-winning hosting partner prioritises security, employing robust measures to protect your website and data within their reliable cloud servers. These measures include firewalls, anti virus scans and a 40 day automated backup system for website files, emails and databases.

We include security modules with all of our websites, and they are hosted on servers that include firewalls, anti-virus scans and network protection to keep your website safe.

Yes we do, we offer consultations over the phone or on Zoom/Teams. Or if you prefer an in-person consultation, we can arrange a meeting either at your business or at our office, which is easily found in the Enterprise Centre near Junction 22 of the M5.
