It’s that magical time of year again! The Christmas lights are twinkling, mince pies are in full flow, and the office is buzzing with festive cheer. So we thought we’d do something a little fun this week and share our team’s favourite Christmas films. Whether you’re looking for something heartwarming, hilarious or just nostalgic, here are the movies we’ll be watching this festive season.
Alistair’s Festive Fave
My favourite Christmas film has to be Uncle Buck, or actually anything with the comedy legend John Candy including his other big titles like Trains, Planes and Automobiles! Although it’s not your typical Christmas film, you’ll find it on TV at this time of year, and it feels very nostalgic to watch it and laugh at every joke for the hundredth time.

Chrissie’s Festive Fave
My favourite Christmas film is definitely The Muppet Christmas Carol, the soundtrack is *chefs kiss*, and it always gets me in the festive mood.

Brendon’s Festive Fave
My favourite Christmas film is the classic Home Alone as it is definitely the most iconic Christmas film out there.
This movie has become iconic over the decades for its blend of slapstick comedy, holiday chaos, and that feeling of childhood mischief.

Tiegan’s Festive Fave
My favourite Christmas film is The Nightmare Before Christmas, although it’s more of a Halloween film, I love to watch it at Christmas time.
I really enjoy the fact that it blends spooky imagery and whimsical fantasy with a surprising celebration of holiday spirit.
