A fresh new look for Meadow Court
We’re thrilled to unveil the redesigned logo and website for Meadow Court, a supported living facility in Taunton. This project focused on creating a more welcoming and accessible online experience.
Brand Refresh: The new logo embodies growth and independence, the human figure within the tree represents the person-centred care and support you can expect to receive from Meadow Court.
A new user-focused website:
- Intuitive Navigation: Clear menus make finding information about support, the team, and referrals easy.
- Streamlined Referrals: A new dedicated section simplifies the referral process. You can now find out all about the 5-step referral process as well as submit a referral through the easy-to-use contact form.
- Celebrating the Team: The Support Workers section highlights the dedicated Meadow Court team as well as shows off the key responsibilities of a support worker.
- Mobile-First: The website is fully responsive and optimised for all devices.
